1. Services
Cyboruz provides automated cybersecurity scanning, monitoring, and advisory services for websites and domains. Scans are performed on domains you own or have explicit authorisation to test. You must not submit domains belonging to third parties without their consent.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and current.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to scan domains you do not own or lack authorisation to test.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
- Use automated scripts to scrape or abuse our platform.
- Introduce malware, spam, or any harmful code.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology on the Cyboruz platform is our exclusive property and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cyboruz provides scan results on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee that scans will detect every vulnerability or that your website will remain secure after remediation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
